MaharatIQ is an assessment platform used by organisations to understand the skills and leadership of their people and plan their development. This notice explains how information about the people taking part is handled.
Who is responsible
The organisation that invites you (usually your employer) decides why and how your information is used, and is responsible for it. Sharef & Co provides and runs MaharatIQ on that organisation's behalf, only on its instructions.
What we collect
- Details your organisation provides: your name, work email, job title, department, level and manager.
- What you enter: ratings, comments and development plans.
- Technical records: when you agreed to this notice and when you submitted, with your IP address and browser type, kept for security.
How it is used
To produce individual and organisation-wide reports, training needs analyses, development plans and succession planning for your organisation. Your information is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
Who sees it
- 360 feedback: ratings from peers, team members and other stakeholders are combined and only shown when three or more people in a group respond. The manager's view is shown on its own. Comments are shown without names.
- Reports are seen by the person assessed, their manager and the HR or L&D team running the assessment.
- Sharef & Co staff access the platform only to support your organisation or keep the service running.
Where it is stored
On secure servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union), which may be outside your country. Information is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authorised users, and the database is backed up every night.
How long it is kept
For as long as your organisation needs it for development and planning. Your organisation can ask for information to be deleted at any time; backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask for a copy, or withdraw your agreement. Contact your HR team, or write to assessments@maharatiq.ai. We reply within 45 days.
